I developed this pitch to help sales convey why Fitbit fits so well into today’s Medicare Advantage plan designs.
We'd always known that older adults love Fitbit, but it was time to quantify that love. I wrote and designed a study to measure the impact of the Fitbit brand on Medicare Advantage plan selection, member satisfaction & retention. We leveraged the results data to great effect; so great that it won Kantar's 2023 Business Impact Award.
I struck a serious tone with this sales brochure to convey our understanding of what employers were facing at that time, when vaccines were not widely available.
